We plan to use the same seed mix that
was recommended for use in the final reclamation.
The proof of notice referred to in your letter of November 23,
1990 was mailed to Bruce Humphries of your agency under a cover
letter dated November 26, 1990.
Fremont County will remove and stockpile topsoil material
adequate to complete final reclamation of the project. There
should be no need to haul topsoil to the site for reclamation.
If you have any questions, feel free to contact the Department.
Sincere~c/~~~
Marshall Butler
Assistant Planning Director

MB/sem
