Pope's "Pope Pit No. 2", Pueblo County <br />Adequacy Items <br />The following items must be addressed by the applicant in order to satisfy the <br />applicable requirements of C.R.S. 34-32-101 et seq. and the Mineral Rules and <br />Regulations of the Mined Land Reclamation Board: <br />Item 13 - Application Fee <br />1. The equation used in calculating the application fee follows: <br />$25.00 + .$10.00/acre !)sing this equation, <br />$25.00 + (510.00/acre X 10 acres) _ $125.00 is required. <br />Please submit an additional 58.00 to the previously submitted .$117.00 to <br />achieve the $125.00 required fee. <br />Exhibit B - Mining Plan <br />1.
