The only
"structures" within 200 ft. of the ditch crossings are the ditches themselves. Attached to this
letter are agreements with the four ditch companies (Highland, Rough and Ready, Palmerton
and Supply. The ditch crossing designs and construction plans have been reviewed by the
ditch company boards, their engineers and attorneys. Agreement has been reached and we
are awaiting signatures at the neM monthly ditch company board meetings (I will forward the
executed copies when I receive them).
These agreements are submitted as proof that mine-related construction will not damage the
ditches and that the owners of the structures have agreed with Southdowns' designs and
construction plans.
Sincerely,
AGRA Eart/h & Environmental, Inc.
~~~1 ~ ~~
I
r
Paul Banks
Project Manager
Attachments
cc: John Lohr
Engineering 8 Environmental Services
