Cattany <br />Division Director <br />Natural Resource Trustee <br />The Division of Minerals and Geology staff has concluded the review process for the above <br />referenced 112c application. With the withdrawal of the objection by Lazy A Corporation, staff <br />may render a decision. The application appears to meet all applicable Rules for the issuance of <br />a 112c permit. Staff therefore is pleased to inform TMS and Mr. Gray that the application is <br />approved. <br />The Financial Warranty has been calculated to be $16,500.00. This is based on concurrent <br />reclamation and a maximum disturbance of 3 acres. The permit will not be valid until the <br />Division has accepted the Financial and Performance Warranties.
