Kri+~t: <br />Pursuant to our telephone conversation of this date, I would like to recapitu- <br />late the situation with regard to the above captioned operati.or.. First, it <br />will be necessary for you to republish for four sequential weeks, giving the <br />correct legal description including the entire ZO acres to be considered in <br />this permit application. Second, you should notify both of your adjacent <br />landowners as soon as possible. <br />If all the other adequacy questions mentioned in my letter to you of December 18, <br />1979 are settled to our mutual satisfaction by the January 23-24 P[Sned Land Recla- <br />mation Board meeting, and we have agreed on an adequate reclamation bond amount, <br />I will be able to recommend approval of your permit application with the following <br />stipulations: 1) Fublic objections or objecti ns by adjacent landowners before <br />the end of the 20-day public review period following the final puhlication +date <br />would reopen permit consideration. 2) The mining and reclamn on perr.:it (allowing <br />you to begin mining the added area) wui:ld not be issued until the end of the ZO- <br />day period mentioned above and adequate bond has been received and approved. <br />I hope I can continue to be helpful in this matter.
