--~-~~:. p ~' <br />MINED LAND WILDLIFE STATEMENT/EVALUATION (Revised) <br />The following information pertaining to wildlife is provided for use by Mined Land <br />Reclamation Board in their consideration of a mining permit for: <br />Johnson Pit - Sand and Gravel - NW1/4, Sec 32, T7N, R47W, Phillips County <br />Name/Type and Location of Mine (Legal) <br />Wildlife Species list: Deer, badger, raccoon, fox, weasel, opossum, skunk, rabbits, <br />pheasant, dove, quail, raptors, seasonal songbirds and numerous small rodents. <br />Endangered/critical species/impacted: <br />No known threatened or endangered species <br />Critical habitats/vegetative communities impacted: <br />N/A <br />Assessment of impact: <br />Negative impacts should be minor if the few trees in the area are preserved, however, <br />it is important to keep these trees as they are the only ones in the area. <br />for limited impact and select regular mine applications <br />Miae Reclamation recommendations (include key species/habitats for which restoration <br />is designed). <br />Reclamation is extremely limited as mining will be restricted to the flow channel. The <br />stream proper is intermittant and only flows during periods of heavy precipitation.
