DANIELSON, DEPUTY STATE ENGINEER <br />SUBJECT: COTTER CORP. - SR13A MINE, SAN MIGUEL COUNTY, APPLICATION FOR <br />LIMITED-IMPACT MINING AND RECLAMATION PERMIT <br />As requested by your office, we have reviewed the application for an underground <br />uranium mine at Slick Rock. The applicant has provided insufficient information <br />concerning his use of water in the proposed mining operation. If water will be <br />required for dust control, sanitation, or other purposes, we recommend that the <br />Board be provided with additional information concerning the source and amounts <br />of water to be used.
