Monks Plant No. 1" - File No. 83-193 ~ <br />Pioneer Sand Company - "Vollmer Road Sand and Gravel Pit" - File <br />No. 77-174 <br />~f : <br />Dear W}~,-R~i-rtdctl~: <br />On December 15, 1983, the Mined Land Reclamation Board approved the 112 <br />permit application for the above captioned operation and set the amount <br />of the financial warranty at $18,450.00 for 11.1 acres of total <br />disturbance. The application was approved with the following two <br />stipulations: l.) The standard water stipulation; and 2.) Permit <br />issuance will not occur until an application for a technical revision <br />acceptable to the Division staff is received from Pioneer Sand Company to <br />excise the 35 acres in this permit from their large, pre-existing permit <br />(file No. 17-174). <br />Upon receipt of the performance and financial warranties and receipt of <br />an acceptable technical revision from Pioneer Sand Company (as referenced <br />in stipulation number two above), the pennit for this operation will be <br />issued to R.E. Monks Construction Company.
