<br />Section 9: That portion of the SE'/a lying immediately South of the South right-of-way boundary of
<br />The Denver and Rio Grande Western Railroad, and lying immediately North of the
<br />centerline of the North Fork of the Gunnison River, extending from the East section line
<br />of said Section 9 to a line 1650' West of and pazallel to said East line of said Section 9.
<br />Containing 5.2 acres, more or less, Gunnison County, Colorado

<br />Section 9: That portion of the SE'/. lying immediately South of the existing South boundary of the

<br />boundary of Colroado Highway 133 right-of--way converges with the North boundary of
<br />the present stockyazd site of the Denver and Rio Grande Westem Railroad on the West to
<br />a point where said South boundary of said right-ofway of Colorado Highway 133
<br />converges with the North boundary of the right-of--way of the Denver and Rio Grande
<br />Westem Railroad on the East.
