<br />20, 1970, effective April 1, 1971, and assigned to West Elk Coal Company by Assignment of Lease dated June 5, 1984,
<br />embracing the following described lands in Gunnison County, Colorado:

<br />Section 9: Lots 1, 2, and 3, and the SI/2 SW l/4SW 1/4 or that part of the SW 1/4SW '/. south of the North Fork of the
