After blasting, claw will be excavated by front-end loader and loaded on haul trucks
for transport to the applicant's Canon City manufacturing plant. There wil] be no
screening or processing on site. The pit floor will be left level and any backslopes
will be finished at 3H:1V or flatter. The applicant is working. closely with SCS
as well as Fort Carson's range conservationis and agronomit to develop the
reseeding program. The applicant has also agreed to plant 100 trees per acre as
well as reseeding in reclamation.
