The Pre-hearing Conference for the above referenced permit application has been scheduled for 10:00
a.m. on June 15, 1999. The Pre-hearing Conference will be held in Room 318 of the Centennial
Building, 1313 Sherman Street, Denver, Colorado. The offices of the Division of Minerals and
Geology are in Room 215 of the Centennial Building.
This memorandum is being sent to you at the request of the Pre-hearing Conference Officer.
Following the Pre-hearing Conference to be held in this matter on June 15, 1999, the Pre-hearing
Confer?nee Officer will provide the parties with aPre-hearing Conference Order. Pursuant to Rules
2.7.1(2)(d) and (e) of the Hard Rock/Metal Mining Rules and Regulations, the Pre-hearing Conference
Order must include a "list of each party's witnesses" and a "list of each party's exhibits or documents to
be used as evidence" at the final heazing.
Please bring the above-described lists to the Pre-hearing Conference on June 15, 1999. They will be
attached to the Pre-hearing Conference Order, which will be provided to the parties in the matter
pursuant to Rule 2.7.1(3). Lists submitted after the close of the Pre-hearing Conference will not be
attached to the Pre-hearing Conference Order. Please note that exhibits and witnesses not listed may be
subject to evidentiary objections from other parties and/or exclusion from the hearing at the discretion
of the Board.
