PERMANENT MAN-MADE STRUCTURES EXHIBIT S <br />The following is an inventory of man-made structures within 200 feet of the permit area. All of <br />these structures are shown on Map C-1 . The land boundaries are also shown on Map C-1. <br />1) The Fruits Marketing and Management, 140 North Mesa, Fruits, Colorado 81521, <br />(970)858-9115 owns and maintains fencing and gates along 15 Road. <br />2) The Grand Valley Rural Power Lines, PO Box 190, Grand Junction, Colorado 81502, <br />(970)242-0040 owns and maintains the following man-made structures: utility Poles, overhead <br />electric lines and electrical appurtenances. <br />3) The Public Service Company of Colorado now Excel Energy, 2538 Blickman Ave, Grand <br />Junction, Colorado 81505, (970) 2442611 owns and maintains the following man-made structures: <br />utility poles, overhead electric lines, substation and electrical appurtenances <br />4) The Colorado State Parks, PO Box 700, Clifton, Colorado 81521, (970) 434-6162 owns and <br />maintains a barbed wire fenceline along the south boundary of the property. <br />5) John Spendrup dba Lewco Industries has a fence along 15 Road and also has rights to 15 Road. <br />6) Federal Highway Administration maintains Interstate 70 and a fence south of the permit area. <br />7) Western Slope Iron maintains a barbed wire fence along the north boundary of the site. <br />8) Southern Pacific Railroad maintains an active railroad line and ROW fence along the north <br />boundary of the pit. <br />9) Mason Buhler and Louise Buhler Kathi Anderson have a house, storage buildings, fence and <br />access road on the east boundary. <br />10) E. L. Robbins has a house, storage buildings, fence and access road on the east boundary. <br />11) Industrial Insulation Group LLC has a fence along the eastern boundary of the permit. <br />12) Kathleen Anderson has a residence and access road along the east boundary. <br />See enclosed letters for easement protection from Grand Junction Drainage District, Excel Energy, <br />Grand Valley Power Lines and Mesa County regarding the Western Slope Gas Line. <br />15 Road Pit 10/02 53 <br />
