HAUL ROADS AND ACCESS <br />It is planned that an access road will wind around the land pads to access al] areas after reclamation. <br />The location of this road is not known and will not be accounted for in the reclamation plan. As <br />stated above, all land pads will be topsoiled, seeded and mulched. <br />6. RECLAMATION TIMETABLE <br />Since mining of the phased areas is concurrent with reclamation, the timetable is somewhat tied to <br />the rate of mining in this area. Since actual sales are difficult to predict, the assumption will be made <br />that the operation will mine and se11450,000 tons of total product per year, on an average The time- <br />table in the mining plan also reflects these rates.
