It should be noted that <br />the rate of mining, and thus the timing of when mining will occur, <br />will change from time to time. Results of our subsidence <br />monitoring program indicate the most significant subsidence will <br />occur within 90 days of when the longwall passes beneath an area. <br />CEC does not anticipate that any material damage would result that <br />might cause a diminution of reasonably foreseeable use. <br />Should you have any questions or comments, please contact me at <br />your.. convenience. <br />Sincerely, <br />Marcus A.
