The issuance of this permit <br /> does not assure the applicant that no Injury will ocWrto another vested water dght ar preclude another owner of a vested <br /> water right from seeking retfef in a civil court action. <br /> 2j The construction of this well shall be M compliance with fhe Water Well Conswction Rules 2 CCR 402.2, unless approval <br /> of a vartarlce has been granted by the State Board of Examiners of W afar WeA CorsWdion and Pump Installation <br /> Contractors in accordance wRh Rule 18. <br /> 3j Approved pursuant to CRS 37-90.137(2) on the condition that this well is operated in accorfance with the City of Black <br /> Hawk substtute water supply plan approved by the State Engineer on June 10, 2003. This well shall not be oparatetl <br /> unless It is included in a substitute ureter supply plan approved by the State Engineer or a plan for augmentation approved <br /> by the water court. The subject water supply plan is currently valid through June 10, 2004, and 'd rwt extended or if a court <br /> approved plan for augmentation Is not in operation, dNersion of ground water from this well must cease immediatery. <br /> 4) The use of ground water from this well is limited to muniapal purposes associated with the Blacc Hawk/Cenbal City <br /> wastewater treatment plant <br /> 5) The ma>amum pumping rate of this well shall not exceed 15 GPM. <br /> 6) The annual withdrawal of ground water from ihls well shall not exceed 24.2 acre-feet. <br /> 7) The return flow from the use of this well must be through a waste water disposal system of the non-avaporetive type <br /> where the ureter Is returned m the same stream system In which the well is boated. <br /> 8) The owner shall mark the well in a conspicuous place with wall permit ntdnber{s), name of the aquifer, and court case <br /> number(s) as appropriate. The owner shall lake necessary means antl precautions W preserve these markings. <br /> 9) A totalizing flow meter must be installed on this well antl maintained in good working order.
