If additional topsoil were needed, it would have peen taken <br />from the topsoil stockpiles. Soils were to be tested just prior to <br />respreading to determine application rates of nitrooen and D'nosphorus.-- Small <br />tree seedlings and shrubs were to be removed from-topsoil striDDing areas and <br />mechanically transplanted to reclaimed areas concurrently with the <br />distribution of topsoil during the dormant season. <br />Upon final reclamation, rangeland areas will be reseeded with a mix of <br />grasses, fortis and shrubs to return the area to a rangeland-wildlife use. <br />Locations which had previously been used for dryland wheat cultivation will be - -- <br />returned to this use. <br />The landowner has requested by letter that the existing access road be left as <br />constructed at the end of the 5-year minino activity. The landowner is also <br />in agreement with the proposed post-minino land use of drvland farmino and =-- - - <br />wildlife habitat. ~Aine support facilities in the wheat field will be removed = <br />and the area restored to its present condition. <br />
