A second copy of the response to Allen Sorenson's review comments. <br />2. A second set of Exhibits CS-l and CS-2. <br />3. Two copies of the revised Vicinity Map showing the location of the City of <br />Rifle's water intake. <br />4. Two copies of the revised Exhibits C-1 and C-2. These have been revised to <br />show a reference to the City of Rifle's water intake, adding wells and springs <br />within 600 feet of the project, adding a note identifying Questaz's gas pipeline <br />on the western property boundary and adding the mining contours with <br />phasing for the renewable resource area. <br />BAI is working on an estimate of the flow required for the Colorado River to overflow its banks, <br />an estimate of flood water velocity through the west property line to horse fence, slough to east <br />property line, and Dry Creek mining azeas, a spill prevention, countermeasures and containment <br />plan, more detail on the process and storm water handling, and a response to the DOW review <br />comments. These will be completed before the January 4, 2001 meeting in Rifle. <br />The following packages are being delivered to the City of Rifle and their attorneys on Friday, <br />December 29, 2000. <br />1. Response to Mr. Tom Schreiner's review comments. <br />2. Response to Mr. Allen Sorenson's review comments. <br />3. Revised Vicinity Map showing the location of the City of Rifle's water intake. <br />4. Revised Exhibits C-1 and C-2. <br />5. Exhibits C-3 and C-4. <br />6. Exhibits CS-1 and CS-2. <br />
