Location map: A location reap designating the facility property, discharge points and receiving waters shall be submitted. The map shall be from <br />a 7Vz or 15 minute USGS quad sheet, or a snap of comparable scale. A north arrow shall be shown. The map must be on paper g i4 x 11 inches. <br />10. Site Sketch: A legible general sketch of the site shall be submitted, showing appurtenant facilities (buildings, ponds, diversion ditches, stockpiles, <br />etc.), stream location, numbered discharge points, sampling and flow monitoring points. The map must be on paper g',Ae x ] 1 inches. The <br />outfalls shall be labeled to correspond with the numbers listed in 15. <br />1 I.
