• <br />DRAFT PUBLIC NOTICE <br />Rule 1.03 <br />H-G Coal Company has filed with the Colorado Division of Ainerals and Geology a Technical <br />Revision to its Coal Mine Permit, No. CO-80-003. The purposes of the permit revision are to: <br />1) incorporate into the permit application and permit files updated material regarding <br />the current status of the reclaimed mine; <br />2) delete all references to the railroad loadout facility two miles south of Hayden <br />which is now owned by Hayden Gulch Terminal, Inc.; and <br />3) revise the reclamation performance bond amount. <br />The legal description of the mine is as follows: Sections 30 and 31, Township 5 North, Range 88 <br />West of the 6th P.M. in Routt County, Colorado. The mailing address for H-G Coal Company <br />is: <br />One Town Center Road <br />Boca Raton <br />Florida, 33486. <br />U.S.G.S. 7.5 minute quadrangle map, Hayden Gulch, Colorado contains the described azea of the <br />• reclaimed mine. A copy of the permit revision application is available for public inspection at the <br />Routt County Courthouse, located at 522 Lincoln Ave., Steamboat Springs, Colorado. <br />Within 60 days, the Division (of Minerals and Geology) shall issue a proposed decision either <br />approving or denying the revision application. The proposed decision will be published one time <br />in the Steamboat Pilot. Any person with an interest which is or may be adversely affected by the <br />proposed decision may request, in writing, a hearing within 10 days after the public notice. Any <br />request for a hearing shall contain a brief and plain statement of facts which indicate the requestor <br />may be adversely affected, and briefly summarize the issues to be raised by the requestor at the <br />heazing. If no request for a hearing is received within 10 days of the public notice, the decision of <br />the Division shall immediately become final.
