All tests, analyses or surveys carried out pursuant to these Rules shall be performed or <br />certified by a qualified person. <br />3. All chemical and physical laboratory analyses shall he conducted by a laboratory using <br />approved and standardized procedures. The Division may require the applicant to collect <br />duplicate or split samples for submission to the Division and later analysis. In specific <br />instances the Division may require that analyses be conducted by a mutually agreed upon <br />independent laboratory. <br />Response <br />Information in the application is current, and is supported by appropriate references to <br />technical and other written material available to the Division. <br />1(a). A condensed version of selected information from this seven volume permit <br />application as well as post mining topography and reclamation information can be <br />• found in Technical Revision No. 63, dated August 1996. <br />2.
