Legal description of a portion of Section 8, Township 2 North,
Range 76 West of the Sixth Principal Meridian, County of Grand,
State of Colorado, being more particularly described as follows:
Considering dimensions contained herein based upon modified
Colorado State Plane Coordinate System and considering the
Soutiz line of said Section 8 as bearing North 87°28'02" West
and with all bearings contained herein relative thereto:
BEGINNING at the Southeast corner of said Section 8; thence
along the East line of said Section 8 as shown on Bureau of
Reclamation Map No. WL-198 North 00°03'02" West 1261.05 feet
to a point on that certain parcel of land described in warranty
deed made the 16 of July, 1951 between Rawlings A. Furbush and
United States of America, designated Tract I; thence along the
Southwesterly line of said Tract I and departing said East line
