<br /> <br />1 <br />1 <br />1 <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />1 <br />1 <br /> <br />1 <br />1.0 INTRODUCTION AND OVERVIEW <br />This permit application is filed with the State of Colorado <br />Mined Land Reclamation Board by the Municipal Subdistrict, <br />Northern Colorado Water Conservancy District, for the purpose <br />of obtaining a mined land reclamation permit for facilities <br />associated with construction of the 4dindy Gap Project in <br />Grand County, Colorado. Specifically, this application is <br />for development, use, and reclamation of a site designated <br />as the Riprap Quarry Area. Section 1.0 provides an overview <br />description of the Windy Gap Project and its various elements, <br />and identifies the project activities subject to permit by the <br />Mined Land Reclamation Board. The permit application and <br />Exhibits A through P are presented as required under "Rules <br />and Regulations for :dining for All Minerals Other Than Coal," <br />Section 2.12, Maps and Exhibits. <br />Development of this permit application was authorized by <br />Larry D. Simpson, P.E., Chief Engineer of the Municipal <br />Subdistrict.
