Please respond at least five (5) working days prior tb the <br />July 24-25, 1985 meeting of the Mined Land Reclamation Board. <br />Exhibit A - Legal Description <br />1. The quarter, quarter information suggesti two separate permit areas, <br />please clarify. <br />Exhibit B - Mining Plan <br />1. Will there be any grading of the parking area to the south of the <br />creek? If so, please verify that topsoil will be salvaged prior to <br />disturbance. <br />2. Please specify the depth of topsoil which will be salvd9ed at the <br />north bank area. <br />3. Please be sure that topsoil storage occurs such that high flows do <br />not affect the pile. <br />Exhibit E - Reclamation Plan <br />1. The SCS recommendations are excellent and will be part of future <br />permit approval. <br />2. The parking area will no doubt become very compacted ovler time. <br />Please verify that revegetation will involve proper ripping or <br />chiseling, fertilization, mulching and seeding. <br />3.
