RESPONSE: <br />Five (5) reproducible copies of the "Application Form for a Permit to <br />Conduct Coal Mining in Colorado" with original signatures are <br />submitted following the cover letter of this application, together <br />with five (5) copies of the complete permit application. Twentymile <br />coal company has developed a new format for this application. Rather <br />than address each performance standard separately, TCC has <br />incorporated the technical responses to Rule 4 into the narrative of <br />the applicable section under Rule 2.
