The Board of County Commissioners for the County of Routt, does not <br />assign identification numbers to the Special Use Permits which it issues. <br />Special Use Permits are filed according to the date on which the resolution <br />was approved before the commission. All Special Use Permits required were <br />approved for transfer from the Energy Fuels Corporation to the Getty <br />Minerals Marketing, Inc. on March 22, 1983 and April 5, 1983 by the Routt <br />County Board of Commissioners. <br />Rule 2.03.11 - Identification of Location of Public Office for Filing of <br />Application <br />Each application shall identify, by name and address, the public <br />office where the applicant will simultaneously file a copy of the <br />application for public inspection under 2.07.3(4). <br />RESPONSE: <br />• Twentymile Coal Company will file a copy of this complete permit <br />application, less confidential matters, by the first date of newspaper <br />advertisement of this application in accordance with Rule 2.07.3(4) <br />(b). The copy will be filed in the following public office: <br />Office of Clerk and Recorder <br />Routt County <br />P.O. Box 936 <br />Steamboat Springs, Colorado 80477 <br />Rule 2.03.12 - Newspaper Advertisement and Proof of Publication <br />A copy of the newspaper advertisement of the application and proof of <br />the publication of the advertisement shall be filed with the Division and <br />made a part of the complete application, not later than 4 weeks after the <br />last date of publication required under 2.07.3(2). <br />• <br />2.03-33 <br />
