Since <br />the area encompassed by this application does not include any Federal <br />coal reserves, applications for the Office of Surface Mining <br />Reclamation and Enforcement are not required. <br />(8) A responsible official of the applicant shall certify that the <br />information contained in the application is true and correct to the best of <br />the official's information and belief. <br />• 2.03-12 <br />
