Lonq <br />Drvisian Director <br />808 South County Road 9E <br />Loveland, CO 80537 <br /> <br />Re: Receipt of 112 Construction Materials Reclamation Permit Application, WagnerlKauffman Pit +C3, <br />File No. M-99-069 <br />Dear Mr. Kauffman: <br />On June 15, 1999, the Division of Minerals and Geology received your 112 Construction Materials Reclamation Permit <br />application for the Wagner/Kauffman Pi[ rY3, which is located in Lorimer County. All commem and review periods <br />began on June 15, 1999. The decision date for your application is scheduled for September 13, 1999. <br />Within ten (10) days after submittal, you must publish notice in a newspaper of general circulation in the locality of the <br />proposed mining operation once a week for four (4) consecutive weeks. Within that same ten (10) day period, you must <br />mail or personally serve a copy of the same information provided in the public notice to the newspaper to the owners of <br />record of surface rights a~ all owners of record of surface lands that are within 200 feet of the boundary of the affected <br />land. imnyL~atrly after the fast publication, mail a copy of the notice to this office. Proof of notice and mailings, such <br />as Certified Mail - Retum Receipt Requested, must be submitted to the Division of Minerals and Geology prior to the <br />decision date. Additionally, any changes or additions to the application on file in our office must also be reflected in the <br />public review copy which has been placed with the Latimer County Clerk and Recorder. <br />The Division is reviewing your appbcation to determine whether it is adequate to meet the requirements of the Act. We <br />will contact you if additional information is needed. <br />Please be renrirlded that all operators must contact the Colorado Depamvent of Health, Water Quality Control Division <br />regazding storm water permits. <br />If you have any questions, please contact me. <br />Sin erely, <br />az B.
