We moved into our home at River West in September of
1999 and were not informed about such a proposal. We are deeply concerned about
the following:
' traffic effected on Hwy 392
' Unsafe conditions at the intersections of CR3 & CR13
' Air pollution
' Visual impact
' Environmental effect on the wild life preservation
It is assumed that there has been environmental and traffic studies already done and
that possibly our notification of this project was to late for our input. However, if not we
plan to attend the final approval hearing on Monday, March 27, along with many other
home owners in the area, to express our concerns and disapproval. The purpose of
buying our home where we did was to have a view of the country side, not the smell of
a asphalt plant and not the noise of increased truck traffic, that would add to the
already existing unsafe conditions at the intersections of CR3 and CR13.
Aespecffully,
/x~2
Carroll & Arlene Jantzen
