We have received your application for a Mining & Reclamation Permit for your
operation in aram.,ca County. Our initial review
indicates that a preliminary items required oy the Colorado Mined Land
Reclamation Act, Article 32 of Title 32, Section 34-32-u~ have been submitted;
thus your application has been deemed complete for the purposes of filing on this
date. All review and discussion time periods as provided for by the Act and the
Rules d Regulations promulgated thereunder initiate from this date of filing,
unless you notify us by Sept. 24 ~i~3 that you wish a later filing date, as per
a~nended RULE 1.1(1D) of the as orementroned Rules & Regulations. Please refer to
this RULE concerning compliance with local government zoning, as well.
Toe tentative date for consideration of your application by the Mined Land
Reclamation Board is Se tember 21-22 1983. You should commence puolication of a
notice of the filing ~ app r-T~ catro accordingly (see reverse side for notice
format). Notice requirements can be found in RULE 3.2 Because the date for
consideration may be subject to revision, please do not elude it in your notice.
For Limited Impact permit applications, the final date for filing of objections,
which must be stated in the publication, must be 48 hours before this
tentative date for Board consideration.
You must also place a copy of this application for public review, less confidential
items, with the Alamosa County Clerk and Recorder. Any subsequent changes or
additions to the cope- e~~ile in our offices must also pe made in this local
government copy.
