Rockcastle <br />respectfully requests that the Division review this information and <br />release these areas from the requirement for continued sediment <br />control. <br />(2C and~2D) The west and east ends of Pit S. <br />Response (2C and 2D1: These comments repeat the concerns <br />previously noted in Comment 3 (Pit 5/6). These changes are reflected in both the <br />~~ <br />Postmining Drainage and Sediment Control Map, (Map R-1} and <br />Appendix A, Drainage Design Information. <br />• (3A and 3B) Culvert on the diversion ditch on the north side of Pit 5 below <br />the road to Sage Creek, and the culvert on the collection ditch just north of <br />the aspen near the old shop location. <br />•8- <br />
