Please submit proof of publication per Rule 1.6.2(d) and proof that all owners of surface and mineral <br />rights to the affected area, and all landowners within 200 feet of the affected area have been properly <br />notified per rule 1.6.2(e). This includes utility, road and railroad easements that are recorded. If there <br />are recorded easements for these structures identified on the pre-mining map for this site, please provide <br />the appropriate notice to these owners and provide proof of that notice to DMG. In this case, the <br />applicant must request an extension of the decision date to allow the entities notified, a twenty (20) day <br />period to comment. Alternately, the applicant can submit a signed, notarized document from these <br />entities, waiving their right to a twenty day comment period, in lieu of extending the decision date. <br />Additional Adequacy Comment mailed to applicant dated December 16, 2005. <br />1. The revised seed mixes proposed on the Reclamation Plan Map are acceptable. However, the <br />Reclamation Plan Text does not reflect this revised two zone revegetation scheme and has the <br />original seed mix specified.
