John Snow and Nonette C Pledger were present to request a transfer in <br />a Tavern License at the Function Junction, Penrose, Colo. to iVonette C. <br />Pledger, !•1r. Snow is leasing the property to !15. Pledger. Commissioner <br />6uglewicz moved, duly seconded by Commissioner Canterbury, to approve the <br />transfer of the license to Nonette C. Pledger and Fakarwi Junction, and <br />to permit the application to be hand carried to Denver. Upon vote: Commis- <br />sioner Cuglewicz, aye;•^Conmissioner Canterbury, aye. The Chairman declared <br />the notion cac•ried and so ordered. <br />Commissioner Buglewicz moved, duly seconded by Conmissioner Canterbury, to <br />adopt RESOLUTION I+E5 allowing the Treasurer to issue a check to the Colo- <br />rado Division of Employment and Training in the amount of $584.71. Tlrat <br />amount eras erroneously sent and deposited to the County of Fremont Funds. <br />Upon vote: Commissioner Bunlevricz, aye; Commissioner Canterbury, aye. Indication on the replat to reflect a 10' utility easement <br />r along the eastern most boundary line of lots 2 and 3, presently <br />shown as a 20' ingress and egress on the flag lot to lot 3, <br />b. Proof of ownership to the 20' easement for ingress and egress, <br />c. The <br />Chairman declared the motion carried and so ordered. <br />Mr. Thomas Dixon has requested a Vacation and Replat on property located <br />along County Road ;!3-A off front Highway k50, north of Buckskin Joe. Commissioner <br />Cuglewicz moved to adopt the recommendation of the Planning Commission for <br />the request for a Vacation and Replat from Mr. Dixon contingent upon: <br />a. Subdivision inipr•ovements guarantee for completion of roads and <br />any other improvements proposed for Pauline Subdivision, <br />b. Proof that the existing 'liana duq' well has been registered <br />with the State of Colorado's Division of 4later Resources and <br />permission has been granted for relocation of the well. <br />continued <br />
