<br />Special Use Permit - Operate Gravel Pit - Cuglewicz
<br />Chairman Canterbury stated that the Public Ilea ring is necessary in order for
<br />i Co~rmissioner Duglevricz to operate a gravel pit north of the river and south
<br />of the Fremont County Airport. It has been a county gravel pit for many
<br />years, but a Use Permit was never obtained for it.
<br />X ilie Chairman asked if there vras anyone present erho obj?cted to a permit beinn
<br />~f\ issued. There were no objections.
<br />!L~ Acting Planning Director Dolly Duefield stated that all the requirements

<br />~`, ~ have been met.
<br />Hearino no objections, Commissioner Euglewicz moved, duly seconded by
<br />Commissioner Canterbury, for the adoption of a 3-year Special Use Permit.
<br />Upon vote: Commissioner Cuglevrizc, aye; Coru,,issioner Canterbury, aye.
<br />The Chairman declared the ration carried and so ordered.
<br />tlr. John Snow and Nonette C Pledner were present to request a transfer in
<br />a Tavern license at the Function Junction, Penrose, Colo. to 19onette C.
<br />Pledger. I.1r. Snow is leasing the property to tts. Pledger. Cormissioner
<br />Euglewicz moved, duly seconded by Commissioner Canterbury, to approve the
<br />transfer of the license to flonette C. Pledger and Fakarwi Junction, and
<br />to permit the application to be hand carried to Denver. Upon vote: Commis-
<br />sinner CilglewiF,z, aye;= Corrnissioner Canterbury, aye. The Chairman declared
<br />the rrotion carried and so ordered.
<br />Commissioner Duglewicz nroved, duly seconded by Conrrissioner Canterbury, to
<br />adopt RESOLUTIDN NE5 allowing the Treasurer to issue a checY. to the Colo-
<br />rado Division of Employment and Training in the amount of $5&4.71. Tlrat
<br />amount was erroneously sent and deposited to the County of Fremont Funds.
