EXHIBIT E
RECLAMATION PLAN
The road surface materials will be pushed into piles, with a D-8 caterpillar
and will then be screened with a Coleman screener. The materials will either
be loaded into dump trucks or stockpiled. The mining will begin at the west-
ernmost boundary and proceed easterly until all materials are removed from
the site. The mined area will be leveled when all road base material is re-
moved. The area after mining, will be relatively flat, as mining will take
place only to a depth of ten (10') feet. The high-walls, as a result of the
removal of the ten (10') feet, will be sloped to, no greater than, 2:1. After
all materials have been removed, revegetation will take place in accordance
with the seeding methods.
GUIDE SHEET FOR PASTURE, HAY AND RANGE SEEDING:
SEEDING PLANS:
Cins
Field No's: 1/FOR THE SOIL BORROW AREAS
Species Suggested Varieties Amounts
Pounds/Acre
PLANNED
GRASSES
AND LEGUMES
Indian rice grass 3.0 lbs
Western wheatgrass 4.0 lbs
Sand dropseed .5 lbs
Yellow sweet clover 2.0 lbs
PLANNED SEEDING DATES: Upon completion of all mining.
FERTILIZATION RECOMMENDATIONS: None at this time.
SEED BED PREPARATION RECOMMENDATIONS: Disc harrow or drag to remove old weed
cover, if necessary, and prepare a suitable seed bed as in normal farming op-
erations.
SEEDING EQUIPMENT PLANS: Use a suitable drill, if possible.
