As previously discussed on the phone, <br />no blasting will occur at this site. Colorado Interstate Gas. Company("CIG' has the following <br />comments regazding this project: <br />l ). We will need a minimum of 4S inches of cover over the pipelines where the <br />front loaders and semi-trucks H~Il ernes our pipelines. If heavier equipment <br />or vehicles need to cross the pipelines, we will need d8 hours of advance notice to <br />consult our personnel to determine if any Cunha mitigation is necessary. <br />2). Crossing locations shall be held to a minimum to mitYgate disttubance on the <br />easanent. Said crossing locations will bo mutually agreed upon by CIG and the <br />mining company. <br />3). Please contact Cecil Coffrnan (719-t359-0635) or Kevin Hughes (719.250-8099) at <br />least 72 hours prior to the start of activities in the area. <br />4). Potholing of the pipelines is required to ensure adequate cover is over the pipelines <br />where the traffic will cross. Potholing cost is the responsibility of the mining <br />company or landowner. A C[G Operations representative must be given 3 days notice <br />prior to the potholing and needs to be onsite while the pctholing is being performed. <br />5). No cover over rho easement shall be reduced without the written permission of CIG. <br />A 3:1 slope must 6e maintained across the entire right of way. See Exhibit "A.^ <br />5).
