Objectors again state that the conditions requested by the <br />Objectors above are based upon the Construction Materials Rules, Colorado Land Reclamation Act <br />for the Extraction of Construction Materials, the Board Rules, the recommendations and rationale <br />of the Division, and the statements and commitments of the Applicant itself. See Division's <br />Response to Objectors' Motion for Conditions, attached hereto as Exhibit A. Inclusion of these <br />conditions in any permit granted in this matter would significantly reduce the issues in contention <br />
