There is no permanent water in the area and little
likelihood for subsurface materials. We also concur that SEL272 should be
tested to determine if there are cultural materials related to the bone.
It is our understanding that the area around SEL272 will not be mined,
therefore we will concur with the no effect determination. The enclosed
map has the excluded area marked in red.
If we may be of further assistance please contact Jim Green at 866-4674.
Sincerely,
~~
James E.
