THE PARAMETERS TO BE MONITORED <br />INCLUDE GROUND WATER LEVELS, FIELD pH, FIELD ELECTRO-COrDUCTIVITY, <br />FIELD WATER TEMPERATURE, TOTAL DISSOLVED SOLIDS AND DISSOLVED IONS <br />MEASUREMENTS FOR CARBONATE, BICARBONATE, CHLORIDE, SULFATE, <br />SULFIDE, AMMONIA, NITRATE/NITRITE, CALCIUM, MAGNESIUM, POTASSIUM, <br />SODIUM, BORON, CADMIUM, COPPER, IRON, LEAD, MANGANESE, MERCURY, <br />NICKEL, SELENIUM, ZINC, SILVER, AND A DETERMINATION OF SAR. <br />F) SUBMIT ALL SURFACE AND GROUND WATER MONITORING DATA QUARTERLY. <br />• G) MONITORING REQUIREMENTS MAY BE REDUCED BY THE DIVISION UPON THE <br />SUBMITTAL OF ADDITIONAL DATA AND A FORMAL REDUCTION REQUEST. <br />Stioulation No. 11 <br />THE PERMITTEE SHALL CONDUCT MINE INFLOW STUDIES FOR ALL ACTIVE OR <br />UNSEALED UNDERGROUND COAL MINE WORKINGS. ANNUAL INFLOW STUDIES SHALL BE <br />CONDUCTED FOR EACH ACTIVE OR UNSEALED AREA OF WORKINGS IN THE MONTH OF <br />JUNE, AND THE RESULTS Of EACH INFLOW STUDY SHALL BE SUBMITTED TO THE <br />DIVISION BY THE FIRST OF AUGUST OF THE SAME YEAR. THE MINE INFLOW <br />STUDIES SHALL INCLUDE: <br />A) THE MAPPING OF EACH POINT SOURCE INFLOW (I.E. FAULTS, FRACTURED <br />ROOF, FRACTURED FLOOR, EXPLORATION DRILL HOLE, ETC.) AWD EACH AREA <br />WIDE INFLOW (I.E., DRAINAGE FROM SEALS TO ABANDONED MINE WORKINGS: <br />AREAS OF WEEPING COAL FACES, ROOF, OR FLOOR, ETC.) ON UP-TO-DATE <br />MINE WORKINGS MAPS; <br />B) THE PRODUCTION OF TABLES OF ALL POINT SOURCE INFLOWS MAPPED WITH <br />DATA ON THEIR FLOW RATES. <br />C) QUALITY DATA, INCLUDING pH, ELECTRO-CONDUCTIVITY, AND TEMPERATURE, <br />AND THE SOURCE (I.E., FAULTS, FRACTURES, DRAINAGE FROM SEALS, ETC.) <br />FOR ALL POINT SOURCE INFLOWS NOT PREVIOUSLY MAPPED. <br />D) THE SUBMITTAL OF A CONTINUOUS RECORD OF MINE DISCHARGES FOR THE <br />• YEAR AND A HYDROGRAPH OF FLOWS. <br />
