The attached information is being provided to notify you of <br />the location and native of the proposed operaUOn. emve application is on file with the Division of Minerals and Geology (the <br />"Division") and the local county clerk and recorder. <br />The applicant/operatorprcposes to reclaim the affected land to r a nq e 1 a n d use. pursuant to <br />Section 34-32.5-116(4)(m), C.RS., the Board may confer with the local Board of County Commissioners before approving of the <br />post-mining land use. Accordingly, the Board would appreciate your comments on the proposed operation.
