Exhibit C CDOT has granted three permits for this project as well as a letter August 13, 2007 saying they aze aware of the project although it does not mention specifically that they have donated the soil in their right of way to the project, I have received permission from the regional office who directed me to Ron Heikes in the Creede shop 719-658-2324. We did an on sight visit and he agreed that the soil could be donated to the Mineral County Fairground Assoc. Exhibit D In order to establish revegetation of the sight liquid fertilizer will be applied. Bid for fertilizer is attached. If this does not succeed, there maybe a need for making a gentler slope.
