• ~ LEGAL RIGHT TO ENTER
Exhibit N
Legal Right to Enter
The land included in this permit is owned by two separate entities. A small parcel at the entrance is
under the ownership of Castle Concrete Company and was previously permitted as part of the Great Blue
Heron Pic. The vast majority of the permitted land however is owned by the Grisenti family and is provided
to Castle Concrete under a lease arrangement.
On the following page is a scanned copy of part of the Warranty Deed from Edward J. Tezak, Jr. to
Castle Concrete Company. This pertains to Castle's ownership of the property south of the Grisenti
property. The only land owned by Castle included in this permit is the small parcel at the entrance to the
site. This entrance is used because there is existing acceleration/deceleration lane facility here that was
previously built by Castle for the Great Blue Heron Pit.
The remainder of the property is owned by [he Lessors (Jessie M., James J., and Joseph A. Grisenti).
The Mineral Lease, which became effective July 18, ?000, details the terms of Castles use of this property
for their gravel extraction. A copy of the lease follows. Please note, that some items have been blocked out
of the lease. These all pertain to reserve estimates and royalty terms. As those are usually proprietary in
nature and, iE revealed, can provide competitors and advantage in the marketplace, Castle has reserved the
right to not reveal those numbers in a public document such as this one.
Grisenti Farms Gravel Pit Original Application Exhibit N Page N-1
