Our initial review indicates <br />tnat all preliminar.y items required Dy the Colorado Mined Land Reclamation <br />Act, C.R.S. 34-32-101, et seq., have been submitted; tnus your application has <br />been deemed complete. J{Tl comment and review time periods initiate from this <br />date. <br />Tne tentative date for consideration of your application is September 20, <br />1989. You should commence publication of a notice of the filing of this <br />application immediately (see enclosed notice format). You must also mail a <br />copy of the notlce to all owners of record of surface riants of affected land <br />ono immediately adjacent land. You must provide proof of the notlce and <br />mailing, such as Certified Mail Return Receipt Requested, to the MLR staff <br />oefore .your application can be considered. You must also place a copy of this <br />appiication for public review, less confitlentlal items, with the Jefferson <br />County ClerK and Recorder. Any subsequent changes or additions to the copies <br />on file in our offices must also oe made in this local government copy. <br />THE STAFF IS REVIEWING YOUR APPLICATION TO DETERMItJE WHETHER IT IS ADEQUATE TO <br />MEET THE REQUIREMENTS OF THE LAW.
