(Revised 3/22/94) <br />ATTACHMENT TO EXHIBIT G • <br />WEST END GRAVEL COMPANY <br />STATEMENT OF RIGHT TO REMOVE GRAVEL <br />Silver Hawk Ltd., a Colorado corporation, owns the tract <br />of land described as a tract of land in T46N R15W 10th, Principal <br />Meridian, County of Montrose, State of Colorado, described as <br />follows: <br />Beginning at corner No. 1 which bears N 8° - 15' <br />E 2015' from the southeast corner of Section 11 <br />T46N, R15W; thence N 47° - 15' W 500' to corner <br />No. 2; thence S B8° - 40' W 695' to corner No. 3; <br />thence S 22° - 10' E 755' to corner No. 4; thence <br />N 64° - 50' E 860' to corner No. 1, the point of <br />beginning, said tract contains 9.9 acres more or less. <br />Silver Hawk Ltd. hereby acknowledges that West End Gravel <br />Company has the right pursuant to that certain agreement to <br />remove gravel from the above-described property. <br />SILVER HAWK LTD., <br />a Colorado corporation <br />By . <br />George E.
