Pursuant to rules and regulations of the Colorado Mined Land
Reclamation Board and the Colorado Mined Land Reclamation Act of
1976, H.B. 1065), notice is hereby given that the Colorado Mined
Land Reclamation Board will meet to consider an application by
Dotsero Block, Inc., P. O. Box 933, Glenwood Springs, Colorado
81602 to conduct a surface mining operation for sand and gravel on
lands located in A L L of
the SW1/4 NW1/4 and PART of the SE1/4 NW1/4 and NW1/4 SW1/4 of
Section 34, Township 4 South, Range 86 West, 6th Principal Meridian,
Eagle County, Colorado.
Mining is started in 1941 and to be completed in the year
2000. The land will be reclaimed as B.L.M. Recreation land.
Additional information may be obtained at the offices of the
Mined Land Reclamation Division, 1313 Sherman Street, Denver,
Colorado 80203, [phone], or at the office of the Clerk and
Recorder, Eagle County, Eagle, Colorado.
Written objections to the application must be received at the
office of the Mined Land Reclamation Division no later than 5 p.m.
on the day of , 1987.
