The permit covers both
stormwater and process water discharges. Process waters are waters from the pit itself or from the processing of
the gravel. Stonnwater is water which runs off the site during a stormevent. The application will assist you in
determine what applies to your site.
Should you have any questions please contact me at (303) 692-3608. Questions related to the Stormwater
Program should be directed to Sarah ]ohnson at (303) 692-3609.
Sincerely,
~~a. ~~
Patricia A.
