Brooks ) <br />Georgia-Pacific Corp. ) BOARD ORDER <br />133 Peachtree St., N.E. ) <br />Atlanta, GA 30348-5603 ) <br />TO: Georgia-Pacific Corp. and all other persons engaged in or owning or controlling the <br />following operation: <br />Coaldale Quarry, Permit No. M-77-247 <br />FINDINGS OF FACT <br />The proposed operation is located in Section 32, T48N, R11E of the 10th P.M., Fremont <br />County, Colorado <br />2. The Mined Land ReclamationBoardconducted aFormal Public Hearing on September 25, <br />1997 to consider a petition by Georgia-Pacific Corp. for a Boazd Order to extend the five- <br />, year reclamation period. <br />Georgia-Pacific Corp. presented evidence at the Formal Public Hearing on September 25, <br />1997, demonstrating to the satisfaction of the Mined Land Reclamation Boazd that the <br />additional time is necessary to complete final reclamation at the site. <br />BOARD ORDER <br />Based on these Findings of Fact and pursuant to C.R.S. 34-32.5-112(6), the Colorado Mined Land <br />Reclamation Board hereby orders that the reclamationperiod be extended and also that the extended <br />five-yeaz reclamation period shall expire on September 24, 2002, unless extended by the Board. <br />Dated at Denver this 25th day of September, 1997. <br />COLORADO MINED LAND RECLAMATION BOARD <br />DEPARTMENT OF NATURAL RESOURCES <br />MICHAEL B.
