<br />Ladies and Gentlemen:
<br />We aze of the understanding the Formal Board Hearing will be held May 11 and May 12,2005. Please
<br />advise if specific times have been established along with address and room number.
<br />On behalf of Colorado Department of Transportation, I hereby submit the following list of potential
<br />witnesses and exhibits that will be used in the upcoming Formal Boazd Hearing.

<br />Colorado Department of Transportation (CDOT), hereby identifies and designates the following
<br />individuals as witnesses who may be called by CDOT at the Formal Boazd Hearing to testify about the
<br />Lupton Lakes Resowce Permit Applications (M-2004-78), the facts and circumstances surrounding the
<br />application, and operations at the Lupton Lakes Resource site as it relates to CDOT property. These
<br />witnesses may also be called to testify about the proposed accommodations made with regard to the
<br />referenced application, as well as other matters:
