<br />BEFORE THE MINED LAND RECLAMATION BOARD <br />STATE OF COLORADO <br />PRE-HEARING ORDER <br />IN THE MATTER OF CAMAS CO. INC, THE RIVERVIEW RESOURCES SITE, FILE NO. <br />M-99-098, APPROVAL OF A 112 PERMIT APPLICATION OVER OBJECTIONS <br />This Pre-heazing Order is proposed to the Mined Land Reclamation Board ("the Board") by the <br />Pre-hearing Conference Officer, Sandra Brown, to govern the hearing in this matter. This Order, <br />and amendments thereto, if any, shall be effective upon approval by the Board. If any party has <br />objections to the provisions of this Pre-hearing Order, those objections must be raised at the final <br />hearing before the Board during its deliberations under Section VI.I below. <br />I. FORMAL PUBLIC HEARING <br />The Formal Public Hearing on this matter (unless noticed otherwise) shall be held before the <br />Board on March 22-23, 2000, at the Centennial Building, 1313 Sherman Street, Denver, <br />Colorado, 80203, Room 318, during the Board's regular March, 2000 meeting. The Board's <br />agenda (unless noticed otherwise) will begin at 9:00 a. m. <br />II. PARTIES <br />1. The Pre-hearing Conference in this matter was held on March 14, 2000, in Greeley, <br />Colorado. The Pre-hearing Conference Officer verified the following party list: <br />a.
