ASSIGNMENT ~ ` <br />It ie agreed on the first day of Hay 1989 by and betreen, <br />Bettger Sand and gravel, a partnership betreen Cecil bettger <br />and Kenneth Bettger, Cecil Bettger, an individual and Kenneth <br />Bettger, an individual (hereafter •Bettger•) and Duckele <br />Construction, Inc., a colorado corporation (hereafter <br />•Duckels"> ae follors: <br />Whereas; Duckels riches to buy and Bettger rishes to sell <br />the assets of it's gravel pit and; <br />Whereas; Bettger rishes Duckels to assume responsibility for <br />reclamation of the gravel pit and; <br />Whereas; Duckels is rilling to assume responsibility for the <br />reclamation of the gravel pit if Bettger assigns certain <br />Certificates of Deposit to Duckels. <br />Nor therefore in consideration the mutual covenants end <br />promises contained herein the adequacy of rhich is acknowledged <br />by the parties it is agreed as follors: <br />1. Bettger assigns to Duckels the following Certificates <br />of Deposit: <br />Intrarest Bank of Steamboat Springs N 10360 <br />Intrarest Bank of Steamboat Springs ~' 10368 <br />2.
